As I prepare to wrap up Unfiltered Discussions on Monday, January 20, 2025, I find myself reflecting on what has been an incredible podcasting journey. Starting in February 2021, it’s been almost four years filled with amazing experiences, connections, and personal growth. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey—my listeners, guests, friends, and fellow podcasters. Your support and encouragement have meant the world to me.
My podcasting adventure began with the Bleach Bros Podcast, a project I launched with my good buddy Jake. Together, we published 160 episodes of entertaining content focused on movies, sports, and other pop culture topics. Bleach Bros wasn’t just a podcast—it was a space for us to dive deep into topics we were passionate about and bring humor, insight, and a bit of 18+ flair to our audience. I’ll always treasure the memories we made and the laughs we shared along the way. (Be sure to listen to the final episode of Unfiltered Discussions for a bit more about this project.)
Behind the scenes, I also had the privilege of producing and managing many episodes of The Hateful Gnome’s Music Hut. Initially hosted by Gnome from Dads on Dayquill and Jake from Bleach Bros, and later joined by Stoned also of Dads on Dayquill, this podcast showcased incredible bands and connected us with the vibrant world of metal music. My role involved scheduling guests, creating social media posts, editing episodes, and interacting with bands and metal influencers. It was a unique and rewarding experience to be part of something that celebrated music and its community.
More recently, I completed a one-year journey as co-host of The Raunchy Regret Podcast alongside Gnome, Stoned, and Beezy from Fraternize with These Guys. This NSFW comedy podcast was an absolute blast—a wild and hilarious ride with great friends. It was an opportunity to embrace unfiltered humor and bond with an amazing group of co-hosts. The laughter and camaraderie we shared will always hold a special place in my heart.
And then there’s Unfiltered Discussions—a project that has been a true labor of love. Over 73 episodes, I’ve had the honor of hosting conversations with incredible guests: authors, speakers, experts in their fields, and everyday people willing to share their stories. The vulnerability, courage, and wisdom my guests brought to each episode were nothing short of inspiring. Unfiltered Discussions allowed me to explore meaningful topics and connect with people on a deeper level, and I am profoundly grateful for every moment of it.
Throughout my podcasting journey, I’ve had the chance to meet so many wonderful people—fellow podcasters, creators, influencers, and fans. The connections I’ve made and the support I’ve received have been truly humbling. Podcasting has given me a platform to create, connect, and learn, and I will always look back on this time with fondness and gratitude.
As I close this chapter, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have listened, shared, supported, and engaged with my work. Whether you’ve been a loyal fan, a first-time listener, or a guest willing to share your story, you’ve been a part of something special. While Unfiltered Discussions is coming to an end, the friendships and memories I’ve made will last a lifetime.
