Kimberly Giesin, is a trained Chef and women's Feminine Embodiment Coach. She works with other women, helping to guide them back home to themselves and step into their full potential.

After spending years struggling with an eating disorder and recovering through her own means of mindfulness, self-compassion, and reconnection to self through nature, creative expression and practices of embodiment, she now supports other women in tapping into their own unique and inherent gifts and abilities. She believes we all possess the means to craft our most vibrant and authentic lives, bursting with joy, pleasure and purpose.

In tuning inward, we’re able to rediscover and reconnect to the magic that resides within each of us. In coming home to our voice and our inner fire, we tap into the innate wisdom and guidance within, enabling us to step into our truth and live authentically.
