Having grown up in Pretoria and Johannesburg, South Africa, Lenerd embodies the spirit and pulse of Africa. After completing degrees in Economics, Law and Business Administration, he had great success in the corporate world and as CEO in financial services. In his late 40’s, he crashed. While living the High Life – tons of money, drugs, fame and sex – he felt broken, depressed and empty.
After he experienced a massive inner shift, he left the life he knew, his job and his country, to travel the world for five years on a quest for learning, healing and awakening. During this journey, Lenerd experienced many initiations and trainings in spirituality, self-development, shamanism and sexuality – each new destination determined by the next most potent learning opportunity.
On the other side of his travels, Lenerd emerged as a changed man and a wise and powerful guide for men on their journey into their hearts, into authentic connection and their full sexuality – free from guilt, fear and shame.
Sexuality has been a passion and interest of Lenerd’s all his life, and he mastered the ancient Taoist practice of semen retention way before knowing that this is a practice. What’s remarkable about his offerings and teachings though is his widely holistic approach. He masterfully weaves spirituality, sexuality, heart-alignment and embodiment into his work and stands out through his refreshing, non-preachy and down-to-earth, manner.
