Richard took a bold leap, leaving Philadelphia at 27 to start a new life and business in Costa Rica. Since founding Costa Rica’s Call Center in 2008, Richard has grown his company to 150 employees and trained over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers.
Richard is an expert in telemarketing, leadership, gamification, and customer service, blending business with his love for pinball machines and antique jukeboxes, which he uses to motivate his team. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Richard also gives back to his high school alma mater, Abington Senior High, where he was recently inducted into their Hall of Fame for Business.
